Your team. A clearer way forward.
An experienced CRO partner to help your team turn research and test results into confident decisions.
Working alongside the team at KPT.
Working with Nils is highly enjoyable. His professional, personable and precise approach creates significant value. We exchange ideas as equals, challenge them and develop them further. In a short time, this helped me take my CRO knowledge to a higher level.

Where this helps
When capacity isn’t the missing piece.
We work alongside the people responsible for your customer experience. Bring us a specific conversion question or involve us as an ongoing partner. Your team owns delivery; we bring the research perspective, challenge, and guidance to move the work forward.
Two perspectives. One direction.

CRO perspective
A shared decision
What should we change next?
Clear priorities together. Design and delivery stay with your team.
- You have more ideas than clarity
- Everyone has a view on what should change. You need a way to connect those ideas to customer evidence and business priorities.
- The next decision needs a second view
- A redesign, a new buying journey, or an experiment raises questions your team wants to work through with someone experienced.
- Research isn’t becoming action
- You have data and customer feedback, but need help making sense of it and turning it into useful changes.
Better decisions, at every stage.
A second perspective where it helps most: making sense of the evidence, reviewing a proposed change, or deciding what the results mean.
01
Understand
- A shared view of the problem
- Work through your data and customer research to identify the questions worth answering and the gaps in your current understanding.
- Clearer priorities
- Compare opportunities against the evidence, expected impact, and effort so your team knows why one piece of work comes before another.
02
Challenge
- Feedback on the experience
- Review proposed journeys, copy, and designs against customer needs before your team invests in building them.
- Stronger test plans
- Challenge hypotheses, agree useful success measures, and consider whether an experiment can answer the question at hand.
03
Decide
- Support interpreting results
- Review findings and uncertainty together. Decide what the evidence supports, what to implement, and what needs further investigation.
- Decisions your team can use
- Leave reviews with a clear record of recommendations, ownership, and next steps. Build the team’s judgment through the work itself.
A conversation that moves the work forward.
We work on real questions with your team. The format can be a focused project or ongoing support, with a review cadence and responsibilities agreed at the start.
- Question
- Evidence
- Options
- Next step
Carry the learning forward.
01
Start with the decision
Understand your priorities, the people involved, and what you need to decide. Agree a useful scope and the evidence we should review.
02
Make sense of the evidence
Examine customer research, analytics, and the buying experience together. Identify the opportunities and questions that need more attention.
03
Work through the options
Challenge ideas, review proposed changes, and support experiment planning. Help your team choose an approach they can explain and deliver.
04
Review and decide what follows
Interpret the results with your team, document what they mean, and agree the next step. Carry that learning into the next decision.
A few practical questions.
How is this different from full-service CRO?
With consulting, your team owns design, development, and delivery. We support the research, prioritisation, and decisions around that work. Full-service CRO brings the capacity to carry out the work as well. We can agree a mixed scope if you only need help with part of delivery.
Can we start with one specific question?
Yes. A focused engagement can address a journey, a proposed change, a measurement question, or a set of research findings. We define the question, the work needed, and the outcome of the engagement before starting.
What does ongoing support look like?
We agree a cadence that fits your team’s work. This can include working sessions, reviews of research and proposed experiments, and support with interpreting results. The scope, communication channels, and responsibilities are agreed up front.
Should we choose CRO or programme consulting?
Choose CRO consulting when the main questions concern your customers, the buying journey, and which changes to make. Programme consulting focuses on how experimentation operates across the team: roles, prioritisation, delivery, measurement, and shared learning. We can help you identify the right starting point in an intro call.
Bring us the question your team is working on.
Tell us what you’re trying to improve, what you already know, and where you could use another perspective.
